Born and raised in Kannapolis, NC MaShanna worked in the medical field for 9 years before transitioning into real estate. Her passion for helping people, building and cultivating new relationships, and her love for NC/SC is the reason she chose to be a Realtor. MaShanna has thrived as a Realtor because of her knowledge of the area, her love of the process, and her uncanny ability to keep her clients relaxed and informed throughout the transaction.
An advocate for animals, MaShanna volunteers and donates proceeds of every home she sells to the Humane Society of Charlotte. MaShanna has a diverse family of animals that includes 2 cats, 5 dogs, and a 23-year-old African Spur thigh Tortoise named Spike!
